I was the Principal UX Designer/Project Lead from the Optum UX Design Studio hired to manage a full UX team (designers, accessibility engineers, researchers) while working closely with corporate communications, HR, marketing, engineering and the larger IT organization for United Health Group’s Intranet redesign and restructuring.

I was engaged with a real estate investment client to research and design a mobile application that would allow prospective investors to purchase shares of real estate parcels using regular currency or cryptocurrency, store their holdings in a portfolio/associated dashboard, and interact with the dashboard in real-time for pricing and trading activities.

New placement test solution for major university customers (and more). I was on the core UX team for this new product offering from WebAssign (acquired by Cengage Learning).

Complete redesign of external and internal system architecture for a medium sized education/human resources business with an international presence and many Fortune 100/500 clients.
